Pastor Wesley Zinn
Pastor Wesley leads the ministries of Wellspring. He is responsible for overseeing current ministries, helping to develop and launch new ministries, leading our staff and ministry leaders, and helping to pastor the congregation. He also serves as the director of Wellspring’s Impact ministries, including missions, our vision to see New Britain transformed for the Lord, our handyman CrossCut ministry, Disaster Response teams, and more. Wes’ vision is to equip and release the church and the individual to take hold of the fullness of life and destiny that God intends. He likes to state it this way: The church is not here to be served by people, rather the church exists to equip the people to take the Kingdom to the world.
Wes and his wife Pam have been part of Wellspring since 1988, and in 1999 he left the corporate world and joined our staff. “I consider it an honor to serve this Body of Christ, and to pursue the heart of God for what He has in store for and through Wellspring.” Wes and Pam live here in Kensington. They have two sons, Nathan and Kyle (his pride and joy!) Oh, and by the way, if serious mountain biking is your thing, give Wes a call. “We’re always looking for more riders/crashers!”

Director of Wellspring Kids
Jenn has had a lifelong love and experience of working with children. At the crossroads of the completion of her B.A. in English, Jenn came across a heartbreaking documentary about children who live on the streets of a third world country. This eye opening experience led to Jenn’s call into fulltime ministry. With a newfound direction, Jenn attended Zion Bible College and earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies with a concentration in Christian Education. She has served as a Children & Youth Pastor at two churches.
As the Director of Wellspring Kids, Jenn quite often pinches herself because she is living her dream to not only work with children in fulltime ministry, but to also have the opportunity to work with children in Uganda.
