Cafe Beverages
As Pastor John stated in his recent post, "The Lord's presence and the moving of Holy Spirit are high values here at Wellspring. Before anything else, we approach our Sunday worship gatherings intentionally, seeking to cultivate an environment where the Lord is not only pleased to dwell, but where He is welcomed to remain. We believe this is the Lord's response to our 'Sacrifice of Praise' (Hebrews 13:15) and to our presenting ourselves as "living sacrifices" (Romans 12:1)."
As we cultivate this atmosphere where we would like the Lord's presence to dwell and intentionally focus on this pursuit, we want to limit those things that might be distractions. To support this effort, beginning on Sunday, August 9th, we will be switching to having hot beverages available before and after the service only. Water will continue to be available throughout the service. We have also instituted the countdown clock to help remind us that the service will start soon. This can also be a practical reminder to get a fix your hot drink before the service starts.
