Are you feeling a bit distracted? Rushed? Preoccupied? You may be suffering from “hurry sickness“!

As John Ortberg says, “To be spiritually healthy you must ruthlessly eliminate hurry from your life”–and we know how!

Come Away, My Beloved
A Women of Wellspring Retreat
Friday, February 23rd, 2018
in the Wellspring Sanctuary

Doors open at 6:30 pm
“Treatment” will begin at 6:45 pm and end at 8:30 pm

We’ll fill God’s prescription: “My beloved speaks and says to me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away” (Song of Solomon 2:10)

Come away to an atmosphere of soft worship music and dim lights–an evening designed for you to spend some quiet, uninterrupted time soaking in God’s presence. The whole evening will the type of Darlene Zschech describes when she writes, “I understand true worship to be when one’s spirit adores and connects with the Spirit of God, when the very core of one’s being is found loving Him, lost in Him.”

We’ll end the session with a candlelight communion celebration.

Please feel free to bring a journal, pillow, blanket, and/or mat of some kind if you would like to comfortably stretch out somewhere.

Let your heart be filled
Let your spirit sing
Enter the loving arms of your King
