Dear Wellspring family,

Happy New Year!! As we welcome 2020 we want to start this year with a 21 Day Prayer Journey to posture ourselves humbly before the Lord asking Him for His blessing, guidance and to do amazing things for His glory in 2020.

We are asking that all of us continue to say “Yes!” to what the Lord is doing in our midst. Beginning this past Sunday, January 5, we started a new series called 20/20 Vision. We also launched a 21 Day Prayer Journey from January 6-26. You heard about this last Sunday, but we wanted to let you know a few ways that you can engage the 21 Day Prayer Journey.

21 Day Devotional

Monday, January 6, we started a 21 day personal devotional called “All Things New.” This is a great way to start your year in prayer and in reading God’s word as a way to connect to God’s heart for you and for 2020. I have been personally doing this devotional since December and have found it really inspiring and a fantastic way to start each day.  Don’t worry if you haven’t started yet, you can start now and still get the benefit!

This is an online devotional and you can access it in a number of ways:

1.  From your smart phone:

• Download the YouVersion Bible App for your phone.
• Search for “All Things New” in the Plans part of the app.
• You will find the App for iOS or Android by clicking here.

2.  From our Wellspring Church App:

• Download our free WellspringCT App from your App store
• Go to “More” Icon. Then go to “Bible” option. It will take you to the YouVersion App where you can find the online plan.

Wellspring 21 Day Prayer Journey

In addition to a personal devotional, we want to journey together in 21 days of focused prayer for Wellspring from January 6 to the 27. Attached is a Prayer Guide for the 21 days and it is divided into three, one-week blocks of prayer around the theme of Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow.

Thursday Night Prayer

We will be praying together on Thursday nights at 7:00pm at Wellspring on January 9th, 16th & 23rd.  Please join us as we pray for Wellspring together.

Sign Up for 24 Hours of Prayer (One Hour Time Slots)

Wellspring will have 24 hours of prayer on Saturday, January 25, 9:00am through Sunday, January 26, concluding with our morning worship services.  Please consider joining us.  You can sign up for a time slot in the cafe on Sunday.

Annual Congregational Meeting

Sunday, January 26, 6:30pm. Join us for our annual meeting. We will end our meeting with prayer and worship, concluding our 21 Days of Prayer initiative.
