Year to Date 2020 Financial Update

Praise God for a financially healthy first six months of 2020! Thank you to each one who has given generously to the ministries of Wellspring through your tithes and offerings and your donations to the Covid-19 Relief Fund. We are currently ‘in the red” by $11,000 which means that the total of our givings fell short of our actual expenses by $11,000. This is actually really good news considering all the challenges and disruption we’ve had to navigate through the pandemic. For comparison, last year at this time, our deficit was over four times this amount – at $46,000. That is, we were $46,000 in the red. God has been faithful to Wellspring and you, the congregation, have been faithful to Wellspring! We pray that you too are experiencing this same faithfulness in your personal finances.
Also due to your generosity, Wellspring has been able to give over $19,000 from the Covid Relief fund since the onset of the pandemic. We have been able to support all of the following: Pastor Arnold’s community around Kampala Children’s Center, the families of New Life Community College in India, Families from Mt Pleasant, Coram Deo, New Britain youth, The Village of El Remolino in Guatemala and Wellspring families. Thank you all for your generous hearts and gifts.
To Give: In addition to putting your offering in the plate on Sunday, you can give online at wellspring.net (CLICK HERE TO GIVE) and on our mobile app wellspringCT. You can also mail your check to Wellspring Church, 222 Lincoln St, Berlin, CT 06037.
We continue to trust God for the full provision of all the financial resources that we need to move forward in this season. I hope this update finds you safe, healthy and drawing close to our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
