We Want To Hear From You!
Greetings in Jesus’ name! We, the pastors and elders of the Wellspring family, want to take this opportunity to extend to you the warmest wishes for the upcoming holiday season. We also want to share an update and solicit some valuable feedback from you. We want to hear your thoughts because you are what makes us Wellspring! We hope you will take the time to read this update and respond to the few questions below. Thank you in advance for your help! Lastly, thank you so much for your ongoing prayers and financial support through this really crazy and stressful year of 2020!
Update: Prior to the pandemic and shutdown, we had been in the process of revisiting our vision statement and seeking the Lord for strategic direction for our ministry. Recently, we have felt urged by the Lord to actively pursue this strategic process once again. To this end, one of our elders, Jake Galloza, has been working in a volunteer capacity a couple of days a week to bring his experience and skills to bear on this important task. Jake is a management and financial consultant with background in strategic planning. He has been interviewing our staff team and our elders. He is seeking a high level perspective on where we are currently in staffing and leadership effectiveness and in mission opportunity.
As part of this assessment, we’d like to hear from you! We have put together a few questions to assess where you all are and to receive feedback from you on some key matters. Most of these questions can be answered quite quickly; others may take some reflection and time. Please don’t feel that you need to answer every question, but ALL of your feedback is important to us! Also, any of you can contact Jake via his Wellspring email account: JacobGalloza@wellspring.net Thank you so much for taking a few moments to give these questions some serious consideration and to respond with your feedback! Please respond by Sunday, December 13.
Thank you so much for joining in this process!
