Convoy Of Hope to Bless the City of New Britain
Walnut Hill Park – Saturday, June 26
3pm to 7pm

Convoy of Hope is a faith-based, nonprofit organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreaches, and disaster response. And on Saturday, June 26 the convoy will park their big rig truck full of food and supplies at Walnut Hill Park in New Britain.

Convoy of Hope works primarily with local churches to distribute food, but also shares the love and blessing of the Lord in their communities.

Nine years ago, Wellspring was part of 50 churches who hosted a major Convoy of Hope event in New Britain. Thousands of people were served food, given clothing and supplies, free haircuts, kids activities, prayer ministry, and a worship concert with an invitation for salvation. The success of the event has led Convoy of Hope to now offer us a full truck of food and supplies for free. The city of New Britain also remembers the great success of the first event and has offered us at no charge the Walnut Hill Park and bandshell, as well as police officers, EMT, and all necessary resources.

Come join us THIS SATURDAY at Walnut Hill Park as we share the love and blessing of the Lord with the city of New Britain!
