Baptism Service on June 19th
The Baptism Service has been rescheduled to Sunday, June 19th. We are looking forward to welcoming believers more deeply into our family of faith through baptism.
Is Baptism the Next Step for You?
Baptism is an outward demonstration of an inward commitment. Through the physical act of baptism we represent dying to ourselves, our old life before knowing Jesus, and coming alive in the new life with Jesus as your savior and Lord. At Wellspring, we hold baptisms during our Sunday morning service, as the whole family witnesses, prays, and celebrates with each person. We also believe God is pleased with the commitment made through the sacrament of baptism, and that he releases a fresh touch of his Holy Spirit’s presence to each person.
We would love to lead you through the waters of baptism. Please consider this next step of your faith journey.
If you’d like to be baptized, or you’d like to talk to someone about whether baptism is the right next step for you, please sign up on Sunday morning at the Welcome Desk, or call the office at 860-225-0661; or email us at email@example.com. One of our pastors or Elders will visit with you in advance to talk with you about the power and significance of baptism as a public declaration of your new life in Jesus.
