Wellspring’s “Pete the Butcher” will be doing a Pig Roast this Friday night (August 12th) at the Middletown Celebrate Recovery meeting for their “2 Year Anniversary Celebration” – it is open to all. There will be live worship and lots of “mini testimonies” of folks who have found freedom through Jesus Christ and working the 12 steps. The meeting will be held at Fellowship Church, 1002 Saybrook Road in Middletown and starts at 6 p.m.

Pete in his grand style will be serving up food to feed 150 people so we are spreading the word to make sure none of this great food goes to waste. It’s also an opportunity to get a taste of what Celebrate Recovery is all about, in case you know of anyone who can benefit from this ministry. Incidentally, for those who do not know, this ministry covers ALL of life’s issues and is not limited to drugs/alcohol.
