We are Hiring: Communications Manager


Wellspring is hiring! We are looking for a Communications Manager. This part-time position is a central and critical position for Wellspring to best connect with all of you, to keep you informed, and to present and promote our ministries to our communities and those outside of Wellspring. Our current staff has been sharing the communications responsibilities, but it’s become necessary that we add this critically important Communications Manager position. The skill set needed includes:

 At least 2 years’ experience in graphic design, video production, and web design.
 Able to execute production work, and work with a team of content producers on set timelines.
 Proficient in website and app design, as well as proficient in WordPress.
 At least 1 year of print pre-press experience in file setup.
 Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout, and design skills.
 Must be familiar with all Microsoft / Google software.

We also are looking for the candidate to have the following attributes:

 Godly character, representing Wellspring with dignity and quality communication.
 Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational and planning skills.
 Should display a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
 Must be adaptable to a growing and changing environment.
 Actively participate in Wellspring, and a commitment to our ministry, vision, values, and people.

All applicants should have examples of previous work as well as client references. Pay is commensurate with skill, experience, and Wellspring’s pay structure.
