What a wonderful response there was to interest group sign-ups through Wellspring Connections! Clearly, our Wellspring family has diverse talents and interests to share with one another! Below is a link to a google spreadsheet with all groups and all names and contacts for each interest area. This is a link that people can continually access and will be available in the Enews and on the new Wellspring website (once up and running). Hard copies will also be available at the Welcome Center this Sunday. Names can be added or deleted by contacting Lynn Rouleau at lynnsgardenofeden@gmail.com. Each interest group is unique, and not all will organize and meet in the same way, by nature of the activity. Some may work best by drop-in format, others by regular or seasonal attendance, and some may branch off into smaller groups (specific card or board games, for example). It will be up to the folks in each group to communicate and decide how best to proceed with the where, when, how details. Some suggested guidelines:

*Someone from each group please step up as the point person. That will make communication smoother and also make it easier for new folks to know who to contact.

*Decide how you would best like to communicate….text, email, phone call, facebook, a combination?

*There should be no pressure or stress on obligation. These groups are meant to be fun and inviting. That said, if a date and time is committed to for an activity, please honor the other members by being there.

*Consider inviting someone outside of Wellspring. It’s a great opportunity to introduce unbelievers to a believing community and, hopefully, the Lord!

How exciting it is to think of all the fun, all the new friendships, and all the deeper connections that will be made among the Sacred US as we gather around shared interests. As you meet, let your guiding principle be Paul’s word to the Thessalonians, “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.” (1 Thes. 5:11).
