Wellspring Kids Ministry Team ministers on Sundays to Kids ages Birth – 12 years old.
WELLSPRING KIDS TEAM POSITIONS:
- NURSERY – Enjoys caring for babies!
- Provide a safe and secure environment for newborns through 23 months.
- Help parents to be comfortable leaving their babies in your care.
- TEACHERS – Enjoys teaching and sharing the Word of God with Kids!
- You won’t need to prepare the lesson – that will be sent to you. And you won’t need to set up the classroom – it will be set up ahead of time. Your job is to review the lesson; and to teach and guide Kids as they grow in their relationship with Jesus.
- HELPERS – Enjoys helping and sharing the love of Jesus with Kids!
- Support the Teacher (no prep involved ahead of time). Help Kids engage in lesson activities; and help ensure a safe, fun and clean environment.
- 1:1 "BUDDIES" FOR KIDS W/ SPECIAL NEEDS - For each child who needs a one-on-one Buddy, it takes about 4-5 adults who serve on rotation. If you have experience with this, or you are interested in helping, please let us know.
- HELP W/ KIDS' CHECK-IN – Assist the Director with Kids’ Sunday morning check-In.
- Timeframe of helping is 9:40am - 10:20am.) Greet families; and give instructions to new families about the check-in process.
- BACKUP DIRECTORS – Occasionally, the Director of Wellspring Kids needs Backup Directors to run Wellspring Kids Ministry on a Sunday morning if she is sick or schedules time away. If you have the gift of leadership and would like to know more about what it takes to be a Backup Director, Jenn would love to meet you!
- FYI, TWO Backup Directors are scheduled to work together each time, so you won’t be alone in leading!
- DRAMA CLUB LEADERS - TUESDAY NIGHTS FROM 6:15PM - 8:15PM
- If you are creative and fun and would like to help lead Drama Club on Tuesday nights, we need a few more leaders as our current leaders can’t be here each week. We do take a break for the summer after VBS.
