How Can We Help? is a support group for people who have family and friends struggling with an active addiction or who are in recovery.  Sometimes (many times) it is easy to forget our own needs and support when we are seeking to support another who is in a critical struggle with addiction or a demanding journey of recovery.  How Can We Help? provides encouragement, support, education and access to resources for those seeking to support and help others.

We meet every Tuesday evening at Wellspring (in The Space), beginning with a light supper at 6:30pm.  The meeting begins at 7:00pm and concludes at 8:00pm.  You are invited to check us out and to encourage others to do the same.

This coming Tuesday, February 25, there will be a special presentation and training on Narcan and its use in saving lives of those who have overdosed.  The presentation will be made by Retired Lieutenant Jim Gosselin of the Berlin Police Department.  (www.HowCanWeHelp.live)
