Stephen Ministry Information Meeting

Stephen Ministry is a distinctly Christian ministry of caring that we are initiating at Wellspring. Stephen Ministers connect with and walk with people through some of life’s most difficult passages. After the death of a loved one; when one is going through a prolonged illness or caring for a loved one who is suffering such an illness; after the loss of a job; when one is going through a divorce–all these situations and many more painful passages of life can be better navigated with the support and encouragement of a Christian caregiver. This is Stephen Ministry.

Training classes begin at Wellspring on Monday, October 1. There is an application and interview process for anyone who desires to become a Stephen Minister, To learn more about this vital ministry and what is involved in becoming a Stephen Minister you can attend an informational meeting on Monday, September 17 in Conference Room 2 at the church. Anyone is welcome to attend this meeting.
