After the 11am service on Sunday, May 21st, we’ll be having subs and salad in the Cafe. No program, no charge, no special plan– just lunch with the Wellspring family. Join us. Bring your spouse, your friend, your significant other, your children, or just bring yourself. But know, it doesn’t matter if you know no one here or 150. It doesn’t matter if it’s just you or you and entire minivan-full of little persons. You are not only welcome to lunch, you are invited, and our time together will be greatly enriched by your presence.
Un-rushed time spent together is one of the best gifts. These rare times, without the distraction of phones, messages, or the urgent need to get from one place to another, are special because of the love they communicate. Whether with one’s own family, people who might as well be, an acquaintance, or a stranger–when someone with a kind face looks you in the eye and asks an honest and personal question about your well-being–this message comes through with power. Not only that, it’s core-critical to who we are as a church, so we’ve set aside time for this kind of support and care.
Hope to see you there,
Tori
