Laurie McCarty
Operations Manager
Laurie McCarty is an ordained minister, and has served the body of Christ for over 25 years. Her areas of ministry include teaching, discipling, leading, counseling, and church operations. Laurie’s passion is to help people find wholeness as they pursue their unique and personal relationship with God. To that end, Laurie has written a 40-day devotional journal entitled, I Am.
In addition to her ministry education, Laurie holds a B.S. in Marketing from Quinnipac University, and an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven. She had a business career in the fields of sales, human resources, and management consulting. Laurie has also worked as a business instructor at local colleges and universities.
She and her husband David are members of Wellspring, and began attending regularly since September of 2020. They have two married daughters.
