“My husband, Terry and I have been at Wellspring for 23 years. We were married and baptized here and our son, Luke, was dedicated and baptized at Wellspring. My passion for Wellspring is to help create a community inside and outside the walls of our church that carries a culture of honor. A community of honor known for love, hope and celebration. A place where significant moments of our lives are celebrated as a body and as individuals. The Lord has put and brought to life many hopes, dreams and healings that we should celebrate as a family. I have been in higher education administration for 34 years, and have held significant leadership roles hiring, supervising, and training staff and faculty, as well as managing multiple departments in student affairs and academic advising to facilities, IT, and police. The Lord has truly given me the gift of administration. I am a strategic thinker and have worked with thousands of students to help them see and develop strengths that they did not know they had. Other gifts that I have are team building, motivating, encouraging, counseling and empathy. At work, I am known as someone who is bold and courageous. I have been blessed in my career to have had the opportunity to use my gifts to transform the lives of people and speak truth to them. My greatest joy is my family. I love being a wife and a Mom. Spending time with family and friends at the beach is a perfect day for me. Luke and I both faced challenging medical situations over the last few years. During that time, we experienced an abundance of God’s mercy and grace. And our family is now in a new season. Similarly, I believe Wellspring is ready for a breakthrough after going through a very difficult time. I have been contending for and standing in obedience to the Lord for our church and waiting for us to return to joy. I believe the time is upon us and I am honored and humbled to be part of the team to usher us into a new season.”
